  • 1.蛋黄与细砂糖一起放入打蛋盆中,用手动打蛋器搅打至糖化
  • 2. 牛奶慢慢加入到蛋黄中,搅拌均匀
  • 3.将低筋面粉过筛到牛奶蛋黄液中,搅拌成面糊水
  • 4.将面糊水一边小火加热,一边用刮刀不停搅拌,直到面糊水慢慢变得浓稠,成为酱状,即可关火
  • 5.做好的酱料用保鲜膜包上,放入冰箱冷藏上半小时。最后搭配泡芙一起吃,味道棒棒哒
