炸春卷
春卷是汉族的传统节日食品,流行于全国各地,用油炸至外焦里嫩,色香味俱全,不管是自己品尝,还是用来待客,都是不错的选择哦!

  • 春卷皮50张
  • 猪肉馅200克
  • 韭菜1小把
  • 蚝油1茶匙
  • 生抽1茶匙
  • 料酒1茶匙
  • 白胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 炸春卷

  • 1.主要食材:春卷皮,韭菜、猪肉馅
  • 2.韭菜切末,切些葱姜末
  • 3.猪肉馅中加入葱姜末、蚝油、酱油、食盐、白胡椒粉、食用油、料酒等调料搅拌均匀
  • 4.搅拌均匀后加入切好的韭菜末,韭菜上浇上香油
  • 5.拌匀即成馅料
  • 6.取一份春卷皮,放上适量馅料
  • 7.先卷起一边,再将两边向中间折起。
  • 8.最后卷向另一边形成长扁圆形的小包,用少许水淀粉封口
  • 9.所有依次包好。(我会一次多做些分小包装,放入冰箱冷冻,吃的时候取出直接炸就可以)
  • 10.锅里放油烧至7成热,转中火将包好的春卷逐一放入,炸制金黄捞出即可。
