双色豆腐菌菇汤

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.鸡血,豆腐切块,蟹味菇去根,香菜去根切段。。
  • 3.豆腐在盐开水中汆烫十几秒。
  • 4.热锅凉油,下入菌菇翻炒十几秒。
  • 5.加入鸡血,豆腐。
  • 6.加清水烧开。
  • 7.加人盐,胡椒粉调味拌匀。
  • 8.最后撒上香菜就可以。
