  • 日式鲣鱼昆布调味料一小包
  • 味淋40ML
  • 砂糖30G
  • 淡色酱油50ML

Steps to make 【MOMO年夜菜】五福临门 日式根菜杂煮

  • 1.原材料;小芋头,魔芋块,莲藕,胡罗卜,牛蒡,竹笋,干香菇,绿色豆荚
  • 2.莲藕去皮切1CM左右宽度的厚片,并用刀刻出花瓣形状.然后放入淡醋水中浸泡防止变色.
  • 3.胡罗卜用模具切成1CM左右厚度的梅花形状,并用刀刻出立体花瓣的感觉.
  • 4.干香菇用开水泡发,表面如图刻出花纹.
  • 5.魔芋块切长条,中间再切一刀,然后将一端从切口中翻出来,拧成麻花状.
  • 6.牛蒡去皮,切5CM左右长度,并在中央切一半.浸泡在淡醋水中防止变色.
  • 7.竹笋切小块.
  • 8.小芋头去皮修整成钻石的形状.
  • 9.所有材料用开水焯一遍.
  • 10.然后放入炖锅内.加入水与材料平齐,并加一包鲣鱼昆布料.中火煮20分钟.
  • 11.20分钟以后,加入40ML味淋和50ML淡酱油.每种酱油的盐分和颜色都有所不同,请适当调节酱油的量.然后再煮15分钟即可.
  • 12.最后装盘的时候,点缀一些淡盐水焯过的绿色豆荚,使菜式看上去更生动.
