广式莲蓉月饼

  • 莲蓉馅700g
  • 糖浆112g
  • 玉米油38g
  • 枧水2g

Steps to make 广式莲蓉月饼

  • 1.1:把糖浆倒入碗里
  • 2.2:加入枧水搅拌均匀
  • 3.3:加入玉米油搅拌均匀
  • 4.4:在搅拌均匀后加入月饼粉
  • 5.5:搅拌均匀后如图片
  • 6.6:把莲蓉馅和月饼皮分别搓圆(莲蓉馅35g、月饼皮约15g)
  • 7.7:把皮用手压开,放入莲蓉馅用手慢慢推开包圆,用模具压出花型,烤箱预热220度,进烤箱约烤10分钟
  • 8.8:从烤箱拿出月饼,刷蛋液,再进烤箱5分钟
  • 9.9:结束前面的步骤后出烤箱就是这样的了,月饼需要回油2天左右,新出炉的月饼比较脆,有的人不太喜欢吃,不过我感觉还是不错的
