东北熏干豆腐肉卷
这是一道比较传统的东北凉菜,其实自己在家做也很简单。
用这个烟熏的方法自己在家就可以做很多熏菜了,味道也是挺地道的。

Steps to make 东北熏干豆腐肉卷

  • 1.肉馅加水沿一个方向搅上劲,加葱姜末、盐、甜面酱、酱油、料酒、十三香、蚝油、淀粉、植物油继续搅拌均匀。
  • 2.将肉馅薄薄的均匀的铺在干豆腐上。
  • 3.然后卷起来。
  • 4.开口朝下放到蒸锅上,用牙签在干豆腐表面戳几下,然后蒸20分钟。
  • 5.另取一个炒锅,里面铺锡纸,上面放两勺白糖。
  • 6.蒸好的干豆腐卷连篦子一起放到炒锅里。盖锅盖开火,冒烟后30秒关火,再焖1分钟。
  • 7.熏好的干豆腐卷表面要立刻刷上香油,否则会变干。
  • 8.装盘晾凉后切块食用。
