  • 1.做的两人份的。
  • 2.起锅烧水,水开放入意大利面。
  • 3.煮七八分钟捞出空水备用。
  • 4.姜蒜小米辣切末。
  • 5.白菜切丝。
  • 6.鸡蛋两个打散。
  • 7.起锅烧适量油,油温五六成热入鸡蛋液。
  • 8.中火煎到两面金黄,用锅铲给它划成小块盛出备用。
  • 9.用剩下的油把姜蒜小米辣炒香。
  • 10.放入白菜丝翻炒均匀。
  • 11.放入意面和鸡蛋翻炒均匀。
  • 12.依次调上一小勺盐,半勺鸡精,一勺生抽翻炒均匀即可出锅。
  • 13.成品图。
