Steps to make Braised Wheat with Mushrooms
- 1. After washing the glutinous rice, use an electric rice cooker to cook it with the same amount of water as usual.
- 2. Wash the pork and cut it into pieces. Set aside scallions and ginger.
- 3. Put the pork and scallions and ginger together into a meat grinder and grind them into small pieces.
- 4. Pork does not need to be ground too finely.
- 5. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water in advance
- 6. Cut off the roots, squeeze out the water and put it into the mixer
- 7. Grind into small pieces using a mixer.
- 8. Heat up the wok and stir fry the ground pork over medium heat.
- 9. Stir fry until slightly brown, then reduce to low heat.
- 10. Pour the chopped shiitake mushrooms into the pot and stir fry evenly.
- 11. Add dark soy sauce and vinegar.
- 12. Add white sugar, salt, pepper, and five spice powder.
- 13. Continue to stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.

- 24. Add an appropriate amount of roasted wheat filling
