云腿月饼
为这云腿馅,琢磨了许久,最终选定了这个方子。其实一点都不喜欢酥皮的月饼,不过,这种馅料还真得就用酥皮来配。这算是小号云腿,大约50克左右一个。看着它娇小的身材,忽然感觉,这云腿月饼似乎还真得做成大号的才相称。

  • 面粉1杯
  • 1/8杯 1大勺
  • 猪油3/8杯
  • 糖粉1大勺
  • 蜂蜜1大勺
  • 云腿馅200克

Steps to make 云腿月饼

  • 1.准备面团料
  • 2.将1/8杯面粉和全部水倒入大碗
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入猪油,糖粉和蜂蜜
  • 5.用打蛋器搅拌
  • 6.最后成奶油状
  • 7.加入面粉
  • 8.调制成软面团
  • 9.分割成8份
  • 10.取一个面剂,按成中间厚边缘薄的圆片
  • 11.放入约25克的馅料
  • 12.将面皮边缘向上收拢,包好
  • 13.收口向下放入烤盘
  • 14.逐个包完,排好
  • 15.放入预热200度的烤箱,中层,下层再放一个加了水的烤盘,烤约30分钟左右
  • 16.表面金黄出炉
