  • 南瓜泥30克
  • 温水190克
  • 酵母6克
  • 白糖20克

Steps to make 香蕉馒头

  • 1.先秤出80克温水和3克酵母10克白糖一起兑开。
  • 2.取一半的面粉200克,加入30克熟南瓜泥,用酵母水揉成光滑的南瓜面团。
  • 3.再将剩下的另一半材料揉成光滑的原味面团。
  • 4.揉好的两色面团分开,盖紧醒发半小时。
  • 5.半小时后,先取出原味面团揉扁排气,分割成若干等份。
  • 6.搓成尾指长的粗圆柱,两端捏细,再用刀背压出一条痕。
  • 7.取出南瓜面团,揉扁排气后,擀开用圆形模具压出厚圆片。(面片别太薄哦)
  • 8.再将面片压出3小片。如图
  • 9.取个白面团,用3片黄色面包住,捏紧到一半。尾部捏出一点,比较逼真。如图
