Steps to make 鱼香豆腐

  • 1.豆腐切成条,用淡盐水浸泡(防止炒碎)
  • 2.蒜末、葱花备用。
  • 3.胡萝卜切丝、水发木耳洗净切丝。
  • 4.锅内放适量植物油,烧热,改小火,用蒜末炝锅。
  • 5.蒜末出味后,放入胡萝卜、木耳丝翻炒。
  • 6.木耳发出爆响声时,放入豆腐条,翻炒。
  • 7.白糖、醋、老抽、淀粉、豆瓣酱加水调汁。
  • 8.豆腐炒至金黄色,烹入调好的汁,小火焖3-5分钟,依个人口味放盐。
  • 9.汁收浓后盛盘,撒上葱花即可。
