    Steps to make 【东北】柠檬蜂蜜樱桃萝卜

    • 1.樱桃萝卜切去头尾两边,用筷子垫着樱桃萝卜两边,用刀横着切再顺着切成底部不断的十字花刀。
    • 2.将所有切好的樱桃萝卜放在大碗中,加入少许盐腌制15分钟。
    • 3.这时会有析出许多水,然后用清水把萝卜清洗几遍。
    • 4.将小碗中加盐、白醋、白糖搅拌均匀。
    • 5.樱桃萝卜轻轻挤掉水分,放在另外容器中,加入两片柠檬。倒入调料汁搅拌一下。放入冰箱冷藏半小时。
    • 6.黄瓜切片,樱桃萝卜放在黄瓜上面摆个造型。
