茄汁焗烤牛肉丸
这个菜用了西式的做法,以茄汁味为主,又用烤箱来烤制,让茄汁的味道完全吸收到牛肉丸子中,味道好赞的,为了追求本真,我从烤箱拿出来就直接拍照了,连容器都是没动,卖相看上去差些啦

  • 牛肉300g
  • 泡发竹笋片75g
  • 马蹄碎75g
  • 西红柿400g
  • 熟土豆1个
  • 胡椒粉2g
  • 3g
  • 15g
  • 五香粉2g
  • 番茄酱50G
  • 洋葱1个
  • 生抽10g
  • 5瓣
  • 黑胡椒3g

Steps to make 茄汁焗烤牛肉丸

  • 1.泡发的笋切碎丁,马蹄切碎丁
  • 2.牛肉剁成馅后加姜、五香粉、胡椒粉、盐、生抽调味
  • 3.顺一个方向充分搅拌,让肉馅上劲儿
  • 4.最后加入笋丁、马蹄丁
  • 5.加一点水淀粉
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.挤成丸子炸熟
  • 8.炸好的丸子备用
  • 9.西红柿开水烫一下去皮,然后切丁
  • 10.锅中放适量橄榄油,炒香蒜末后下入洋葱碎炒香
  • 11.加入西红柿丁翻炒,加盐、糖、黑胡椒碎和白胡椒调味
  • 12.小火煮至西红柿软烂,加入番茄酱
  • 13.煮大约1分钟关火
  • 14.把蒸熟的土豆切块,和牛肉丸子一起放入小砂锅中
  • 15.上面满满浇上炒好的茄汁
  • 16.烤箱180度预热5分钟,入烤箱烤20分钟
  • 17.烤好了,牛肉丸子充分吸收了茄汁的味道,还有土豆搭配,样子不咋样,很好吃的哦。
