湘式素烧冬瓜

Steps to make 湘式素烧冬瓜

  • 1.将冬瓜去皮后切成厚约1厘米的块,大蒜拍碎,红尖椒切圈,生姜切丝,豆豉用凉水侵泡约2分钟后滤干待用;
  • 2.热锅后倒入食用油,将大蒜,红尖椒和生姜倒入爆炒片刻;
  • 3.放入冬瓜之后翻炒,待冬瓜表面开始变成金黄色,放入豆豉和食盐,继续翻炒1分钟;
  • 4.倒入凉水,差不多盖住冬瓜,用中火慢慢烧煮约8分钟;
  • 5.等锅内水即将收干的时候,翻一下出锅装盘。
