  • 火龙果皮30g
  • 草莓果酱80g
  • 浓稠酸奶100g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 吉利丁片10g
  • 白砂糖10g

Steps to make Kitty草莓果酱布丁

  • 1.吉利丁片剪成小段,用冷开水浸泡,放冰箱备用。
  • 2.剥去火龙果皮最外层的皮,将果皮切成小块。
  • 3.将草莓果酱和果皮混合一起。
  • 4.全部放入料理机,加入50克牛奶,搅拌成泥。
  • 5.将50克牛奶和10克白砂糖倒入碗里,隔水加热至完全融化。
  • 6.待牛奶冷却至50度左右,加入泡软的吉利丁(挤去水),搅拌至完全融化。
  • 7.酸奶和牛奶溶液倒在大盆里,用手抽搅拌均匀。
  • 8.加入打好的草莓果泥。
  • 9.搅拌均匀后就成了布丁液(我没过过筛,若过筛,口感比较嫩滑)。
  • 10.将布丁液倒入学厨不粘kitty模具中(模具放在一个碗上,刚好装住让其平衡位置)。
  • 11.用保鲜膜盖上,密封。放冰箱冷藏2小时以上。若想尽快凝固,可放冷冻层15—20分钟左右即可。
  • 12.取出凝固好的布丁,进行脱模。
