    Steps to make 三宝蒸肉

    • 1.五花肉切片,百合、红枣、莲子用温水泡透,姜去皮切片。
    • 2.五花肉片调入盐、鸡精、糖、蚝油、湿淀粉拌均,摆入盘中。
    • 3.将切好的姜片摆在肉片上,然后再摆上泡好的莲子、百合、红枣。
    • 4.入蒸笼,中火蒸10分钟,出锅后淋入热油,拌均食用。
