Steps to make 糖渍金桔

  • 1.小金桔在淡盐水中浸泡两小时,去除农药。清水洗净沥干。
  • 2.每个小金桔切4-5刀,上下不切断。用牙签去籽压扁。
  • 3.冰糖用料理机磨粉。
  • 4.冰糖粉倒在小金桔上,翻匀,置于冰箱中加盖腌渍12-24小时。
  • 5.中间再次拿出来翻匀。
  • 6.腌渍完毕。
  • 7.腌渍后的小金桔和析出的汁水倒入锅中,大火烧开后转小火煮,加入半个柠檬汁,如果汁水不够加入半碗水。
  • 8.熬煮时不断搅拌,至汤汁浓稠时关火。
  • 9.晾凉后装盘。
  • 10.装入保鲜盒中保存。取出食用时用无油无水的勺子,以免变质。
