自制蓝莓酱
一直认为蓝莓做成酱,味道比鲜果更好吃。放在甜品中,或者放在蛋糕面包里,都给食品增添了更多的味道。新鲜的蓝莓做成的蓝莓酱更是透着一股子的清香。这是外买的蓝莓酱所不能比拟的。

  • 白糖60克
  • 清水50克
  • 柠檬半个

Steps to make 自制蓝莓酱

  • 1.新鲜蓝莓清洗干净
  • 2.放到小奶锅中,用勺子按碎,加入60克白糖
  • 3.混合均匀,因为量少,所以加入了50克的清水
  • 4.小火慢熬,熬到粘稠的时候,挤入半个柠檬汁
  • 5.继续熬十分钟,到粘稠状有光亮即可关火
  • 6.趁热装入消毒过的瓶子中,倒扣,放冰箱里冷藏保存。当时要用的,可放在小碗中,晾凉后使用
  • 7.果酱放在冰箱里冷藏,可延续其发酵,味道更赞
  • 8.酸酸甜甜的蓝莓酱,透着清香味,好极了
