椒盐手抓饼
手抓饼好吃好做,加了自制的椒盐,味道更香。直接拿来抓着吃,真有些过去农村生活的豪爽劲儿。因为椒盐很有滋味,所以没有菜也能美美地吃上一大块!
这次的手抓饼是用凉水和面,所以一定要趁热吃,又焦又香,表皮还脆脆的。但是凉了后就有些硬了。想再吃就还得回锅。因此想要凉吃手抓饼,最好用烫面的,也就是用开水和面,那样做出来的饼即使放凉了也依然软乎乎的。九三非转基因花生油裹在饼里面,分层明显;用来烙饼,也酥香满口。

Steps to make 椒盐手抓饼

  • 1.面粉加水揉成滋润而柔软的面团,饧40分钟左右再使用
  • 2.将面团擀成薄的长方形面片
  • 3.表面均匀地涂抹一层九三花生油
  • 4.均匀地撒上椒盐
  • 5.从下向上卷成卷
  • 6.用刀将面卷纵剖开两半
  • 7.将面卷的剖面朝上,分别盘成两个圆盘
  • 8.用手按扁,再用擀面杖擀成圆扁片
  • 9.饼铛中倒入适量九三花生油,将饼坯放在锅中
  • 10.盖盖,小火将饼两面烙成焦黄色
  • 11.饼出锅后,用筷子快速将饼挑起,以便顺利分层
  • 12.分层明显,外焦里嫩
  • 13.椒香浓郁
