Steps to make 拿破仑酥

  • 1.千层酥皮生胚分成三等份。
  • 2.放入烤盘中,用叉子扎一些小洞。
  • 3.放入预热好的烤箱中,中层,上下火200度,烤18分钟左右。出炉后放在烤架上冷却。
  • 4.草莓用少许小苏打粉浸泡5分钟左右。
  • 5.洗净后,用厨房纸巾吸去水分。
  • 6.奶油奶酪放入碗中,隔热水软化。
  • 7.奶酪软化后搅拌至顺滑,放凉备用。
  • 8.淡奶油中加入糖和盐隔冰水打发有纹路并且不会消失。
  • 9.将奶油奶酪加入打发的淡奶油中。
  • 10.打发至如图的状态,放在冰水中或冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 11.将草莓去蒂,一切两半,再切一些片。
  • 12.将烤好的酥皮分成四等份。
  • 13.取一块酥皮,挤上适量奶油。
  • 14.取一块酥皮,挤上适量奶油,放上草莓片(夹层的水果最好用片状的,比较稳不会倒掉)。
  • 15.再放一块酥皮,一层奶油,一层水果,最上层的水果形状就无所谓了。
  • 16.又做了两个奥利奥味的。
