    Steps to make 辣炒花蛤

    • 1.花蛤提前用清水浸泡,加少许盐,滴几滴油,吐沙。
    • 2.葱姜蒜,尖辣椒,青椒块(还可以用蒜苗香葱等代替)。
    • 3.准备甜面酱(下面忘了一步未拍照:煮锅内注水烧开,放入花蛤,焯一下,微微张口立刻捞出控水)。
    • 4.另起锅,热锅凉油,放入葱姜蒜,尖辣椒爆香。
    • 5.放入少许甜面酱,小火炒出香味儿。
    • 6.放入花蛤,大火翻炒几下,烹入料酒,加少许白糖,无需加盐了,甜面酱本身就有咸度。
    • 7.放入青椒或香葱末青蒜苗之类的提香。
    • 8.继续翻炒均匀至全部开口即可出锅。
