Steps to make 黑鱼汤

  • 1.黑鱼先要清洗干净,去除内脏,鱼鳞和鱼鳃。
  • 2.锅里加入适量清水,把鱼一起放入锅里,然后点火加热。
  • 3.大火烧开后,用勺子去除表面的血沫。
  • 4.然后再加入少许米醋,这样鱼汤就不腥了,而且汤汁会变成好看的奶白色。
  • 5.再次大火烧开后,中小火继续煮10分钟左右,这样汤汁浓稠,营养更容易被吸收。
  • 6.在碗里放上少许葱花,香菜,盐,白胡椒调味。
  • 7.再把热汤盛到碗里,就可以开喝啦。
