银耳紫薯糯米羹

Steps to make 银耳紫薯糯米羹

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.糯米清洗干净用水泡一会,紫薯去皮用清水清洗几遍。
  • 3.锅中加水,将洗干净的银耳撕成小朵放进去中小火煮15分钟(因为是新鲜银耳,15分钟就出胶了)。
  • 4.糯米放进去煮15分钟。
  • 5.再将紫薯放进去煮10分钟。
  • 6.最后放冰糖煮化即可。
  • 7.一碗软糯香甜,胶原蛋白满满的银耳紫薯糯米羹就好了。
