焖烧罐红枣枸杞小米粥
复工了,开学了,忙碌的日子又要恢复了。
有朋友说,为了减少与外界过多的接触,自己买了焖烧罐,想在早餐或者午餐时能吃上新鲜的美味,但是对于焖烧罐的使用不太利索,问我有没有简单好吃的食谱可参考一下。
今天我带来的是用焖烧罐焖出的红枣枸杞小米粥,有又黄又稠的开花小米,红色的小枣,饱满的枸杞。做这小米粥根本不用锅,头天晚上睡觉前把材料一放,第二天起床就能喝。加上2味小料,小米粥微甜不放糖,常喝还能气色红润眼睛明亮不干。

Steps to make 焖烧罐红枣枸杞小米粥

  • 1.小米、小红枣、枸杞准备好,用量不要太多,一人食,还要根据所用焖烧罐的容量来决定,500毫升的焖烧罐,小米用量40-60克均可;小红枣和枸杞用凉水冲洗一遍。
  • 2.小米淘洗两遍,用温水浸泡15分钟;水不要多,与小米持平即可;如果水太多,小米入罐前还要倒掉多余的泡米水,一部分矿物质和溶于水的维生素K等营养素会流失。
  • 3.焖烧罐清洗干净后注满沸水,盖上两重盖子,焖10分钟;这个步骤是为了暖杯,因为杯子是金属和真空的,用沸水焖之后,能够保存足够的热量,想要生的食材变熟,这一步很关键。
  • 4.10分钟后,将焖烧罐中的热水倒掉,把小米、红枣、枸杞全部倒入罐中。
  • 5.将沸水注入焖烧罐中,水量以食材量和罐的最高水位线为参考。
  • 6.迅速拧紧内盖。
  • 7.再拧紧外盖,中途不要开盖,可拿起焖烧罐轻轻摇晃几下,使食材处于活动状态,能更好地吸收水量。
  • 8.3个小时后就是喷香的枸杞红枣小米粥了;食用时用自带的小勺子搅拌几下,浓稠微甜,特别适合女生食用。
