    • 1.红豆洗净泡水1-2小时。

    • 7.蝶豆花冲洗干净,加入热水细砂糖,冲至花茶颜色变深,细砂糖完全溶化。
    • 8.花茶隔水去茶,加入吉利丁液搅拌均匀。
    • 9.将盒子平放,缓缓的倒入盒子中,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。
    • 10.完全凝固好后,脱模切块。OK。
