跟着孔老师团的有机大米实在太好吃了,煮出的粥香滑软糯!一直以为东北的大米好吃,尝过它后发现我们自己家乡的米才是一级棒呢!不过这个米很金贵的,量少价也比较高,给孩子孕妇吃是比较适合的哦!周末休息在家想着用这个米做点饭团,用了南瓜汁、青菜汁和洛神花汁蒸的米饭,只是没有掌握好水量蒸的有点软了!

  • 南瓜汁50克
  • 青菜汁50克
  • 洛神花汁50克
  • 海苔5张
  • 砂糖12克
  • 寿司醋25ML
  • 1200ML

Steps to make 彩色饭团

  • 1.准备好的南瓜汁50克、青菜汁50克、洛神花汁50克
  • 2.大米洗净后,按1:1的比例,50克大米加50克汁
  • 3.在自动烹饪锅里加入1200ML清水和蒸架,把三色米碗放在蒸架上
  • 4.加上盖子启动开关按钮,选择(清蒸.荷香鸡)程序,烹饪程序自动执行,用时28分钟
  • 5.程序结束,米饭蒸好
  • 6.在米饭里加适量砂糖和寿司醋
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.取一张海苔铺上少许红色米饭,卷起成红色饭卷
  • 9.取一张海苔铺上少许绿色米饭,把红色饭卷放在中间卷起来成绿色饭卷
  • 10.取一张海苔铺上少许黄色米饭,把绿色饭卷放在中间卷起来成黄色饭卷
  • 11.把黄色饭卷对半切开,在切开成4份
  • 12.把剩下的红色米饭在卷一个大点的红色饭卷,绿色的卷一个小点的绿色饭卷
  • 13.再铺一张海苔,把所有的饭卷都摆好
  • 14.然后卷起来,切段食用
