Steps to make 汽锅鸡

  • 1.鸡腿肉切核桃快,葱段姜片铺在汽锅底部再把鸡肉放在上面,然后再把党参、冬笋丝、虫草花和松茸片放在汽锅里,最后淋入料酒。大火烧开后转入中小火,待汽锅蒸制一小时后加入食盐。继续蒸越一小时。
  • 2.由于汽锅的特殊设计,锅内不用添水,锅内的汤汁完全由蒸汽产生,这样的汤汁充分融合了各种食材的精华,口感润华、清冽,喝到口中回味无穷。
  • 3.汽锅鸡完全不用添加任何调味剂,例如鸡精、味精等等。
