Steps to make 可可慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.慕斯模具用铝箔纸包好。
  • 2.阿华田酷脆爽用料理机打成粉,加入融化的黄油。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.放入模具中,压实。
  • 5.压紧实后放冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 6.一片吉利丁剪成小片放清水里面浸泡软。
  • 7.牛奶放锅中加入至四壁冒气泡,加入泡软的吉利丁片至吉利丁融化搅拌均匀。
  • 8.淡奶油加白糖打至顺滑稍微流动性,加入牛奶液翻拌均匀。
  • 9.筛入可可粉。
  • 10.再次翻拌均匀,将慕斯液倒入模具中,入冰箱冷藏5小时。
  • 11.待其凝固脱模,撒上可可粉即可。
  • 12.如果想口感嫩滑些,淡奶油只需打发至稍有纹路,具流动性即可。
  • 13.想口感硬实点就将淡奶油打发至上图状态。
