胡萝卜红枣糕
今晚做胡萝卜红枣糕,晚饭后刷了牙就不再吃东西的老妈都忍不住吃了好几块,糯叽叽QQ的,谁吃谁爱![偷笑]
​若羌灰枣真是太优秀了,去年买的,到今年新枣马上要上市了,它还是一样完好无损,真的是易保存。纯甜、无酸尾、无苦尾,做什么美食都好吃,枣香浓郁!

Steps to make 胡萝卜红枣糕

  • 1.胡萝卜去皮切片上锅大火蒸20分钟,出锅后倒掉多余水份,然后压成泥备用。
  • 2.趁热往胡萝卜泥中加入糯米粉和木薯淀粉,比例约按4:1来放,揉成稍微一点点硬的面团。
  • 3.搓成长条后,切成大小合适的长度,整理成圆柱形后,稍微按压扁些。
  • 4.若羌灰枣洗净。
  • 5.用签字笔的笔管捅掉枣核,再对半切。
  • 6.将半个若羌灰枣按压紧实到糯米条上。
  • 7.水开再上锅大火蒸15分钟。
  • 8.蒸好马上开盖,不要焖。
  • 9.颜值很高。
  • 10.满屋枣香。
  • 11.趁热尝一个,糯叽叽,胡萝卜的甜和灰枣的甜加一块正合适,完全不要再加糖,好吃不腻!
