【咖啡大理石乳酪蛋糕】
老公喜欢吃厚料的西点,像提拉米苏、芝士蛋糕这类的,一般的戚风小蛋糕他可看不上啊,也不怪,厚料的西点就是好味,真材实料啊,有奶油奶酪参与的点心想不好吃不可能的。

   这款蛋糕操作起来挺简单的,适合初学者,口味也绝对不会让你失望,我女儿也很喜欢,建议一定要放冰箱冷藏后,那样口感才最佳哦

  • 细砂糖60克
  • 玉米淀粉15克
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 蛋白30克
  • 即溶咖啡粉1小匙

Steps to make 【咖啡大理石乳酪蛋糕】

  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.将奶油奶酪放置在室温下软化后,加细砂糖隔热水搅拌。
  • 3.搅拌至奶油奶酪呈现光滑的无颗粒状,离开热水。
  • 4.稍降温后加入牛奶,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 5.再筛入玉米淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入鸡蛋继续用手动打蛋器搅拌成均匀的奶酪糊。
  • 7.取一个小碗,舀一匙奶酪糊,加入即溶咖啡粉搅拌均匀。
  • 8.用橡皮刮刀将奶酪糊刮入事先铺好油纸的蛋糕模内,再将咖啡奶酪糊舀在表面,用牙签在咖啡奶酪糊上画线。
  • 9.烤箱预热后,在烤盘上倒上约1厘米高度的热水,180℃隔热水以蒸烤的方式烤约40分钟左右至蛋糕糊凝固。
