  • 1.食材准备。
  • 2.水开藜麦下锅,中火煮12分钟。
  • 3.熟藜麦上锅,中火蒸10分钟备用。
  • 4.黑芝麻用料理机打成粉。
  • 5.黄油微波炉高火1分钟,加入白糖搅拌融化。
  • 6.加入藜麦与黑芝麻粉搅拌均匀,冷冻3小时以上。
  • 7.糯米粉用开水和面,揉成光滑面团。
  • 8.将面团与馅儿分成小剂子。
  • 9.将面团与馅儿团包成汤圆。
  • 10.水开下入汤圆,中火2-3分钟,浮于水面即可。
  • 11.美味汤圆出锅咯。
