  • 1.把蛋黄和蛋清分离到两个盆里
  • 2.蛋黄加入牛奶,玉米油,拌匀
  • 3.放入低粉,拌匀
  • 4.蛋清放糖,用打蛋器打发
  • 5.打成这样
  • 6.盛入蛋黄盆中,拌匀
  • 7.炒菜似的拌
  • 8.倒入烤盘,放上吸油纸
  • 9.烤15分。因为烤箱不同,这个时间大家自己把握,上面别糊了,千万别去干别的不管它,否则有重做的可能
  • 10.取出晾凉后,把原有的纸撤掉,在另一面放新纸,准备卷。涂抹奶油。因为晾凉时间长,就忘了拍照片了。涂后给卷起来。放入冰箱。
  • 11.第二天的早餐,不错吧
