榴莲冻芝士蛋糕
榴莲是我的最爱,多吃会上火,每次可以少吃一点,多的可以用来做做甜点蛋糕之类的。于是有了这个作品! 哈哈 尝后感:比单吃榴莲更有味道!而且更有营养,还能多留几天呢!

  • 榴莲250g
  • 奥利奥饼干90g
  • 鱼胶粉5g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 安佳奶油奶酪150g
  • 黄油25g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 淡奶油100g

Steps to make 榴莲冻芝士蛋糕

  • 1.奥利奥饼干取芯压成粉末状
  • 2.加入软化的黄油液拌匀
  • 3.倒入模具中,用勺子压平。 我用的是6寸的,可以换成圆形的,随你喜欢!
  • 4.鱼胶粉加入少量牛奶泡至膨大,隔水融化
  • 5.淡奶油打至6分发,略有纹路,备用
  • 6.把榴莲果肉,牛奶,奶油奶酪放进搅拌机中打成浓稠的液体状。加入溶化后的鱼胶粉。(我觉得用搅拌机比软化奶酪后再搅拌来得轻松,而且口感也比较细)
  • 7.与淡奶油混合,这部很重要,翻版,且要拌匀。
  • 8.倒入模具刮平,入冰箱冷藏过夜
  • 9.脱模后切块 脱模方法之前做慕斯的时候说过了,用风筒沿四周吹,就很好脱模,切的时候用热水烫到,切出来会很好看!
