  • 大葱一段
  • 生姜一块
  • 大蒜瓣三瓣
  • 生抽少许
  • 白醋少许

Steps to make 萝卜煨排骨汤

  • 1.准备好原材料,萝卜去皮洗净
  • 2.排骨斩成小块
  • 3.锅里放入适量水,加入适量料酒和几片生姜,放入排骨焯水
  • 4.生姜和大蒜瓣切成片,大葱切成小段
  • 5.萝卜切成滚刀块
  • 6.大枣去核,撕成小块
  • 7.焯好水的排骨用清水洗净浮沫,然后放入锅里干炒,不加油,放入适量盐,白醋、少许生抽,翻炒入味
  • 8.将所有材料装入瓷罐里,加满水
  • 9.放入加了适量水的砂锅里,盖上盖子,大火烧开,小火煨三个小时左右,砂锅也要盖盖子哟
  • 10.根据咸淡酌情加调料出锅,我喜欢清淡的,炒的时候放一点盐和生抽就刚好够了
