Steps to make 五香萝卜干

  • 1.白萝卜切块,放盐腌1小时,盐的量应该比平时炒菜再咸一点。
  • 2.萝卜会腌出来一些水分,把水沥掉。
  • 3.把萝卜摆到食品烘干机的网子上,烘干一些水分,或者你也可以直接晾晒到萝卜半干,不用太干了,太干了萝卜干吃起来太硬。
  • 4.设定75度,烘干6小时。
  • 5.烘得半干的萝卜干。
  • 6.五香粉和花椒粉,放到锅中,最小火炒出香味,10几20秒就好了,出香味就可以了。
  • 7.把糖和炒好的五香粉花椒粉,一起放到萝卜中,揉捏一下,让粉均匀的裹在萝卜干上。
  • 8.抓拌好的萝卜干。
