Steps to make 咕噜鱼肉萝卜

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.把鱼肉切成稍厚的斜片(想去掉皮没有那技术)。
  • 3.把萝卜从中间切开。
  • 4.然后切成片。
  • 5.把鱼肉放入容器中,加入盐和料酒腌制十分钟。
  • 6.把葱和生姜切好。
  • 7.准备好面粉,把鸡蛋打散。
  • 8.腌好的鱼片,放入面粉中打个滚。
  • 9.放入蛋液里醮一下。
  • 10.再入面粉中再滚上面粉。放到盘中备用。
  • 11.锅中入油,烧到入成热,加入鱼片炸到酥脆捞出备用。
  • 12.锅中留少许油,加入葱、姜炸香。
  • 13.加入萝卜炒一炒。再入番茄酱,加入少许的开水,放入糖炒一炒。
  • 14.最后倒入鱼片,果上酱出锅。
