花样花果子

  • 黄油20克
  • 鸡蛋2枚
  • 白糖60克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 花样花果子

  • 1.首先备齐所有的食材并称重。
  • 2.把称重的食材倒入面包机里,鸡蛋打散加入白糖,开始启动和面模式。
  • 3.和面10分钟后再加入黄油,继续和面10分钟。
  • 4.和好的面团揉匀,盖上保鲜膜静置醒发。
  • 5.醒发好的面团呈蜂窝状。
  • 6.把面团排气揉圆后,用手搓成长条,用刀切成大小一致的剂子。
  • 7.把剂子放入模具里面,用手摁瓷实。
  • 8.依次放到模具里,都放入剂子摁瓷实,做好的花果子生胚脱模即可。
  • 9.依次做完所有花果子的剂子,放入铺入油纸的烤盘上。
  • 10.柏翠3040烤箱170度提前预热10分钟后,中层放入花果子生胚。
  • 11.上下管170度烤15分钟即可,(具体温度还要看自己家烤箱的温度脾气)中途看见花式果子上色了,要加盖锡纸。
  • 12.又香又酥的花样花果子出炉咯,放到架子上面晾凉就可以食用咯。
  • 13.香味飘满整个房间,嘻嘻.
