Steps to make 五彩虾仁粥

  • 1.淘洗干净大米小米,虾仁去皮剔除虾线,胡萝卜切小丁(也可以加青豆)。
  • 2.锅里加适量水。
  • 3.水开加入大米和小米,调快煮键半个小时。
  • 4.半个小时后加入胡萝卜和玉米粒,煮至胡萝卜软烂,大概十分钟。
  • 5.加入虾仁煮开煮两分钟即可,虾仁煮了就口感就发柴了(虾仁也可以切成小段)。
  • 6.调入适量盐就,味道鲜美的五彩虾仁粥就做好了。(喜欢香油的味道的,也可以加香油)。
  • 7.出锅入盛碗中。
