葱香烤鸡
烘动全城,让爱加焙!最近我用长帝3.5版电烤箱CKTF-32GS做了好几个菜,感觉这款烤箱能做的菜挺多变的,可我还有多项功能都还没用过,今上这个菜是烤鸡,但我没有完全按规则那样使用360°旋转烤叉,烤的过程又做别的事,没有及时让烤鸡翻身,以至有个地方较焦,都是我的错,可也不知道怎么把肚子里面放满了葱的鸡叉起来

Steps to make 葱香烤鸡

  • 1.鸡用酱油、糖、酒腌 20分钟,洋葱、红葱头、葱切好加入沙姜粉、盐拌均匀
  • 2.用油把葱类炒过,待用
  • 3.在腌好的鸡肚子内塞进炒好的葱(余小许)
  • 4.取一锡纸,放上余下的葱
  • 5.再把鸡放葱上,涂上油
  • 6.长帝3.5版电烤箱预热200度,放进烤盘,共烤60分钟
  • 7.中途把鸡翻动一下(要是使用360°旋转烤叉就不至于这么麻烦了)
  • 8.烤好的鸡取出,把鸡腔内葱取出,汁留着
  • 9.碟内放上烤过的葱
  • 10.把砍件的鸡放葱上,吃时蘸点鸡肚子里的汁液即可
