到了冬天,多吃大枣,红豆,山药,芋头....补脾胃!今天做个八宝蒸糕当餐点,这些食才都有啦.

    Steps to make 八宝蒸糕-----美味,补脾

    • 1.山药芋头蒸熟(筷子能扎透)。
    • 2.蒸熟后放在保鲜袋中压成泥。
    • 3.红豆加水,煮成豆馅。加红塘调味。
    • 4.葡萄干,杏仁,枸杞洗净备用。
    • 5.和山药芋头泥混合均匀。
    • 6.拿一只大小合适的碗,在碗底摆好花色。(你可以想个更漂亮的花,用枸杞摆也不错哦...)
    • 7.芋泥压成皮,铺在碗底,中间放豆馅。
    • 8.剩下的芋泥封住碗口,上面盖个盘子,上锅复蒸3分钟。
    • 9.倒扣在盘子上。淋上少许蜂蜜调味。
