Steps to make 德普烤箱食谱——沙加蛋糕

  • 1.将黄油软化后和一半细糖搅拌至颜色微黄,
  • 2.加入蛋黄 快速打发
  • 3.将巧克力隔水加热至液态,加入其中;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,搅拌至无干粉,此时不可搅拌过度,否则会有筋度产生 影响口感 ;
  • 5.蛋白和剩下的细糖快速打发,与蛋黄部分混合;
  • 6.倒入模具,震除气泡;
  • 7.德普烤箱调至焙烤档175度,烤制25min
  • 8.取出置凉后,脱模
  • 9.将巧克力和淡奶油隔水加热至液态,趁热淋在蛋糕上,冷藏至巧克力凝固即可
  • 10.成品~~~~浓郁的巧克力味道
