薄荷吐司
薄荷是属于夏天的,能给炎热的夏天带来丝丝的凉意。突发奇想摘了些叶片试着做了吐司面包,味道出乎意料地好。清香不腻,凉飕飕的感觉沁人心扉。

  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 白糖35g
  • 3g
  • 酵母3.5g
  • 玉米油30g
  • 薄荷叶少许

Steps to make 薄荷吐司

  • 1.把除酵母和薄荷叶之外的所有原料放入面包桶,用筷子搅拌,均匀后放入机器中。整个和面过程为三个“和面程序”,约1小时。在第二个“和面程序”中途加入酵母。
  • 2.在第三个“和面程序”结束前10分钟,加入切碎的薄荷叶。搅拌均匀后,关掉机器,盖上保鲜膜,发酵至面团的2.5倍大时,取出。
  • 3.充分排气后,分成均匀的三等分。盖上保鲜膜,静置10分钟。
  • 4.静置好的面团,分别擀成长舌状,卷好,排入吐司模中。
  • 5.模具上盖好保鲜膜,放入烤箱中,烤箱内放一碗热水,保证烤箱内应有的湿度和温度,进行二次发酵,约1小时。
  • 6.发酵至差不多满模时,取出,盖上模盖。此时170度预热烤箱。烤箱预热好后,放入吐司模。烘焙要求:170度,下层,上下火,50分钟。
  • 7.烘烤结束后,立即取出,将面包倒在烤网上,晾至手温时,装入保鲜袋,扎紧袋口。切片食用,手撕效果也不错。
