  • 1.准备两根不太粗的胡萝卜,洋葱半个
  • 2.胡萝卜切片备用
  • 3.洋葱切成圈备用
  • 4.鱿鱼圈洗净后,开水中汆烫一分钟
  • 5.捞出备用
  • 6.炒锅爆香姜片
  • 7.放入洋葱,炒至稍变软
  • 8.放入胡萝卜片翻炒至熟
  • 9.最后放入鱿鱼圈,倒入适量酱油,翻炒一分钟即可。关火后,加入盐、黑胡椒粉翻拌均匀。
  • 10.盛出装盘即可。
