  • 1.1.准备好所有的材料。鸡蛋蛋清和蛋黄分开
  • 2.2.蛋黄里加牛奶混合好
  • 3.3.再加入玉米搅拌均匀
  • 4.4.低粉筛入蛋黄液里
  • 5.5.用刮刀混合好面糊。无颗粒。翻拌均匀,面糊弄好放一边待用
  • 6.6.蛋清装着无油无水的盘子。打到粗泡的时候下25g砂糖继续打发
  • 7.7.打到有一点纹路的时候把剩下的25g砂糖放进去打发。
  • 8.8.最后打完拉出软软的尖。弯弯的尖就可以了。做到这一步,烤箱预热165度
  • 9.9.把打发好的蛋白放3/1去蛋黄糊里。用翻拌首发搅拌均匀。切记不要打圈圈搅拌。会消泡的
  • 10.10.然后把剩下的蛋白和蛋黄糊混合。用翻拌手法混合均匀
  • 11.11.混合好的面糊
  • 12.12.把面糊放入金盘。不用油纸
  • 13.13.铺平面糊
  • 14.14.放入烤箱,165度烤25分-30分钟左右
  • 15.15.烤好就取出来。凉了后就倒出来准备卷奶油和芒果粒
  • 16.16.200g奶油+20g砂糖
  • 17.17.用手抽打发好。有点纹路就可以了。
  • 18.18.蛋糕倒在油纸上面
  • 19.19.抹上打发好的奶油
  • 20.20.此步骤用料芒果肉适量铺上适量的芒果粒。卷起来。放冰箱定型1个小时
  • 21.21.然后就可以取出来吃了
