晶莹剔透的甜蜜【香橙柠檬酱】

Steps to make 晶莹剔透的甜蜜【香橙柠檬酱】

  • 1.先用盐将橙子和柠檬表皮搓洗1~2分钟,使表皮变软,去除表皮的腊质
  • 2.将搓洗过盐的橙和柠檬一起用流动水冲流干净
  • 3.先取一个橙皮,去掉皮里白色部分(可以先煮10分钟后再把白色部分去掉)然后 切细丝
  • 4.再取一个橙子削出皮屑(我为了让皮屑的味道在果酱里入味口感更好,所以用了一个切细丝,一个削出皮屑来煮,大家如果觉得麻烦可以直接用一种方法就好,这是个别想法哈)
  • 5.把皮屑细丝一起倒入锅内,加入清水中火煮10分钟(清水不用太多,只要没过皮屑就可以,因为煮一会要倒掉换水)
  • 6.把煮过的水滤掉,再加一次清水煮5~8分钟(其实这个时间没有确定,随时掌握,我共煮了三次,大概加起来是二十分钟左右,闻起来不会太过苦涩就行,建议要保留一些苦涩的味道,能使果酱别有一番滋味)
  • 7.煮果皮的时候可以把橙肉切小块,柠檬一半也去籽切小块
  • 8.然后倒入面包机搅拌桶内,倒入细砂糖,勺入麦芽糖
  • 9.启动面包机程序15,花式果酱功能,时间显示1小时20分钟(我用了两个果酱功能)
  • 10.第一次果酱功能结束,这时果酱呈现流动的微浓稠状态
  • 11.挤入另一半柠檬汁(这里是因为去籽和起柠檬肉麻烦了,所以我这一半用了挤汁,没有把肉加进去)再次启动花式果酱功能
  • 12.这时就先把装果酱的玻璃密封容器用开水冲洗浸泡10分钟,消毒干净,晾干(不要用毛巾,纸巾擦拭)
  • 13.果酱制作结束,用干净的勺子把果酱装入晾干消毒过的玻璃罐内
  • 14.盖紧盖子,倒扣(这样可以防止空气进入使瓶内真空),一次食用不完的最好放冰箱冷藏存放
