  • 1.制作拔丝的材料。
  • 2.地瓜洗净削皮备用。
  • 3.地瓜切成滚刀块。
  • 4.锅中加入适量的大豆油。
  • 5.油加热到5至6成热时候放入地瓜,调到中火。
  • 6.地瓜炸至外表变硬,颜色金黄捞出控油备用。
  • 7.把锅中的油倒出来,锅中放入适量的白糖。
  • 8.调到中小火,锅中的白糖局部开始融化。
  • 9.直到锅中的糖全部融化开,调到微火。
  • 10.继续熬制白糖,熬成像蜂蜜一样的浓汁。
  • 11.再稍微熬制一会儿,糖汁略微变红时即可,这时候的火候一定要小。
  • 12.倒入炸好的地瓜块快速翻拌均匀,即可出锅装盘。
