丘比蛋糕卷
这款蛋糕卷是除了芝士蛋糕外在我家出现得最频繁滴..
真滴很好吃哟..

做过很多次..我很喜欢..母亲大人也很喜欢..
每次做新蛋糕她都会念叨说还是卷好吃..

Details of ingredients

  • 蛋黄3个
  • 10G
  • 牛奶30G
  • 色拉油15G
  • 低粉57G
  • 泡打粉1/8茶匙
  • 蛋白3个
  • 35G
  • 柠檬汁1/2茶匙

Steps to make 丘比蛋糕卷

  • 1.先打蛋黄糊..取一兜放入蛋黄和糖..
  • 2.打发至颜色变浅
  • 3.加入牛奶和色拉油..搅拌均匀至油水混合状态..
  • 4.加入过好筛的低粉和泡打粉..并且化十字搅拌均匀
  • 5.并且化十字搅拌均匀
  • 6.取另一个兜放入蛋白和柠檬汁..打至粗泡..分三次加入糖..打至硬发
  • 7.取1/3蛋白霜放入蛋黄糊中..由上往下轻轻翻搅..
  • 8.取一张油纸铺倒烤盘里..
  • 9.把搅拌的蛋糕糊倒入到烤盘里..并震记下烤盘..消泡..(目的为出来的蛋糕组织没有大的空洞.)
  • 10.预热烤箱150度..上下火..25-30分钟..之后取出烤盘..放几分钟稍凉..
  • 11.在桌上铺上一张保鲜膜..那种可以放进烤箱厚一点的那种..把蛋糕反扣在上面撕去背后的油纸
  • 12.在蛋糕上抹上你喜欢的沙拉酱..(我试了很多沙拉酱..丘比那种白色和蓝色包装得最好吃最香哦)
  • 13.抹啊抹
  • 14.在要卷起蛋糕的那一头稍微划几刀后卷起蛋糕..(不要割断蛋糕哦..主要是为了一会卷得时候好卷一点..)
  • 15.用保鲜膜包起来放进冰箱定型半小时就可以了..
  • 16.切好就吃吧吃吧..
