  • 1.将冬瓜去皮切成片,将平菇去根洗净撕成小柳,蟹味菇去根洗净。
  • 2.锅中倒入适量的食用油烧热,下入葱花爆香。
  • 3.向锅中加入两碗清水。
  • 4.向锅中放入冬瓜和菌菇。
  • 5.加入一点生抽。
  • 6.加入鸡精。
  • 7.加热煮沸十来分钟时加入盐和虾皮。
  • 8.再继续煮三四分钟就可以关火了,盛入碗中滴几滴香油即可。
