Steps to make 鸡蛋西红柿酱蔬菜拌面

  • 1.青椒、葱、蒜苔、平菇、梅豆洗净,全部切成小丁。
  • 2.自制番茄酱和商品番茄酱。
  • 3.两个鸡蛋加少许盐,撹打均匀。
  • 4.炒锅放油烧热,倒入鸡蛋,煎好盛出备用。
  • 5.炒锅再放油烧热,放入葱花爆香。
  • 6.放入蒜苔、梅豆、平菇、青椒,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.放入生抽翻炒均匀。
  • 8.放入自制番茄酱(新鲜西红柿亦可)。
  • 9.放入商品番茄酱。
  • 10.加入适量开水,放盐调味。(水量视用餐人数而定)
  • 11.待梅豆炖至熟透,放入煎好的鸡蛋。
  • 12.番茄酱鸡蛋蔬菜点卤做好了。
  • 13.400g面粉大约加入150克水,和成稍硬的面团,反复醒揉,擀成厚薄均匀的薄片。
  • 14.切成自己喜欢的样子。
  • 15.开锅煮面。
  • 16.捞入碗中。
  • 17.浇上番茄酱鸡蛋蔬菜卤。
  • 18.成品。酸香味足。
