花生酱发面饼

  • 1.准备面粉放入大碗面。
  • 2.花生酱,不含糖。
  • 3.面粉中加入酵母粉,少许糖。
  • 4.少量多次加入水和面。
  • 5.用筷子搅拌成大面絮。
  • 6.揉成一个稍微软一点的面团。
  • 7.盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冰藏,明天一早做饼饼。
  • 8.早上从冰箱取出来的面团。
  • 9.多揉揉排气,然后擀成大面饼。
  • 10.涂上花生酱(我是直接涂,也可以加少许开水化开)。
  • 11.卷成长条,再绕起,擀成不用太薄的饼,醒发20分钟左右。
  • 12.然后不粘锅里放油,放饼下去小火慢煎。
  • 13.煎至两面金黄酥脆,多翻面几次,必须小火哦。
  • 14.切成小块装盘。
  • 15.成品图。
